These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, portals, and services operated by ReMDì Health (“ReMDì,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including tryremdi.com (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Clinical Providers & Scope of Care

Clinical Providers (Physicians & Nurse Practitioners)

ReMDì Health facilitates access to independent licensed healthcare professionals, which may include physicians and nurse practitioners, depending on your clinical needs, availability, and state law.

California (AB-890)

In California, certain nurse practitioners may practice as Independent Nurse Practitioners in accordance with applicable law, including Business & Professions Code provisions implemented under AB-890. Where permitted, such NPs may evaluate, diagnose, order tests, prescribe therapies, and manage treatment plans within the scope of their licensure and furnishing authority.

ReMDì Health may also facilitate care provided by physicians and physician-led medical groups. The type of clinician assigned to you may vary by service line, clinical judgment, state requirements, and availability.

All clinical decisions are made solely by the licensed clinician.

No Provider-Patient Relationship with ReMDì
